For Stroke Survivors
- Have you, or a loved one, had a stroke or brain injury?
- Do you struggle with stress, anxiety or depression?
- Would you like to connect with others?

Friends and family are welcome.
Our two weekly community groups are fun, bring people together, and show benefits like stress reduction, improved mood, and help with aphasia and speaking. Bring an instrument if you like!
